1. Portal Use and Access Tiers
This portal is a private bonus companion experience for verified pre-order readers of The Aligned Entrepreneur's Guide to Tarot. Full access is non-transferable and requires a verified preorder claim plus an authenticated email account. Limited quiz access may be offered separately. Bonus content is provided as-is for personal reflection and use.
2. NOT FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Tarot-based prompts, reflection sheets, and any companion resources provided inside this portal are software tools for organizing reflection, creativity, and personal insight. They do not calculate, recommend, approve, or guarantee any specific professional or financial outcome. "Aligned Money Method" is a registered trademark of MNM Financial Services PLLC.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and No-Refund Policy
No Refunds on Paid Features
All fees and charges are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the service, changes in professional or business circumstances.
4. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree not to:
- Use the portal to violate any applicable laws or state regulations.
- Submit fraudulent, false, or intentionally misleading information.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, decompile, or disassemble the service.
- Resell, white-label, or use the templates to create a competing product.
5. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights
The Service — including software, questionnaire structures, archetypes, display cards, layouts, document templates, samples, and written content — is owned by us, Megan Munsell, or My Abundantia, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration in Shelby County, Tennessee. You and we each waive the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
